Book Reviews for "Ten Pots"
Please e-mail your comments to me.  I would love to post it!

Because I find myself with little time for cooking, it is important to have reliable recipes for those special days that are devoted to creating a meal.   The recipes in "Ten pots" are not only reliable, they are manageable and pleasing.  In "Ten Pots", Rhonda Brasseal offers a delightful contrast of the unfamiliar with the familiar.  The recipes are new and creative, yet the end result is pure comfort.
Dr. Pamela Jones, Hattiesburg, Miss.

The tomato aspic is beautifully flavored.

This 12-chapter 265-recipe book is not just a recipe book. It contains recipes that stretch through five generations of her [Brasseal's] family, and also contains history and entertaining stories surrounding the recipes.
